Warranty Information

All products sold by Sta Clean carry a manufacturer warranty. If you feel you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. You may contact us by email if you require assistance.

Sta Clean does not express or imply any warranty. All Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Sta Clean expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective and this obligation is limited.

General Information

Sta Clean may make improvements and/or changes in products, programs and pricing in this publication at any time. Sta Clean shall not be held liable for clerical, graphical, typographical and printing errors. We take pride in our site, errors do sometimes occur and for that we apologize.

Sta Clean is willing to do business with anyone who needs pool supplies. We do reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone and refuse sales that are the result of a clerical error or error in quote. Possession of web site material or literature from Sta Clean does not constitute the right to purchase product from Sta Clean.

Product Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Special Orders

Special orders must be in writing and include the manufactures name and part number. All special order sales are final and cannot be returned. Allow up to four weeks to receive order.

 

Orders within the Continental US

All domestic orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Most orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your order in 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Customer Information

All customer information provided to Sta Clean for the purpose of ordering and correspondence is held in the strictest confidence and will not be released to any other party.
